The study was conducted to enhance the teaching of TVET programs through the use of virtual learning strategies for effective lesson delivery in tertiary institutions in Enugu State. Two research questions and two null hypotheses guided the study. A descriptive survey research design was adopted, and the population for the study consisted of 230 individuals, including 113 lecturers and 117 instructors. A sample of 34 lecturers and 35 instructors was selected using a random sampling technique. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire comprising 28 items. The instrument was validated by three research experts, and a reliability index of 0.77 was established using Cronbach’s Alpha. Mean and standard deviation were used to answer the research questions, while a t-test was employed to test the null hypotheses at a 0.05 level of significance. The findings revealed that equipping students with necessary digital devices, such as laptops, tablets, and smartphones, among others, is a key strategy for effective lesson delivery. It was also found that challenges affecting the teaching of TVET programs using virtual learning strategies include insecurity, instability of power supply, and other related issues.
